Sunday – 7.30 to 8.45am – Kyoshi Rhys (rhys@ryushinkan.co.uk) (except first Sunday in month which is restricted to black belts) Open to adults blue belt and above and juniors brown belt and above.
Sunday – 8 to 9am – Kyoshi Piero (piero@ryushinkan.co.uk) (first Sunday in month) Dan grade only.
- Please email the sensei taking the session no later then 1 hour before the session.
- An email will be sent out 15mins before the session starts to log on using Zoom or Google Meet.
- Log onto the session 15mins before it starts.
- Ensure you start some warm up exercises before the session.

To all our Karate Family and friends, I would like to reach out a helping hand to anyone struggling with the current situation. If any of our members or families need help in the coming months please contact us through our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/reiwaryu.ryushinkan.karate/) we will find a way to help people in need, especially our older members.
We are not alone in this and although we all have family and friends to help, I just want you all to know how important you all our to us and we should all rally together to get through this. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
I am looking into possible remote online training session and while we can still go outside some running routes to keep up your fitness.

After careful consideration and in the best interests of all our Members, families and friends, all activities at The Reiwaryu Ryushinkan Karatedo Renmei UK Dojos will now cease with immediate effect and remain closed until further notice to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus.
The senior committee feel this is the most sensible course of action to take at this time, however we will be reviewing the decision regularly, so please keep checking this Facebook page and the website for updates.
