At the Reiwaryu Ryushinkan School of Karatedo the safety and protection of children is our highest priority. All our instructors are selected and trained to the highest standards by attending a thorough Certified Instructor Training Programme. Before qualifying they are monitored and are required to demonstrate they are both appropriate, able and that they fully understand their legal obligations in the role as an Instructor. They are also required to attend ongoing courses and are constantly monitored to ensure that the children they teach within school are well supervised, safe and secure.![]() 1. All instructors are CRB check and RRK require CRB updates regularly. 2. All instructors are required to pass a Child Protection Course run by EduCare along side the NSPCC. This creates a standard level of awareness and ensures children are taught in a safe environment and any problems addressed quickly. 3. Instructors Certificate - All instructors are required to achieve 2nd dan and attend yearly instructor training sessions, run by the European Chief Instructor. Assessments are run over a 6 month period and certificates are awarded to instructors showing a high level of Karatedo teaching maintaining our true philosophy of personal development. 4.
