 Luca Barba Recovering Well
Luca Barba a deshi from Haywards Heath’s Northlands Wood dojo and Piero Renshi’s son was rushed to Kings College hospital 2 weeks ago when doctors discovered he was suffering from Hydrocephalus (water in the brain). It was discovered that this condition has been with him since birth and was now at a high pressure situation - the doctors acted very quickly and Luca had surgery 4 days after the diagnosis.
The great news is that Luca is showing positive signs of recovery and surgeons are happy that the operation has been a success. Luca, Renshi Piero and Rosanna would like to thank all those who have supported them through this difficult time and Luca says, thank you for the presents!
Luca has been missed in the dojo and even though he has been training hard with this condition, we should now see great progress and a new Luca back in the dojo very soon.
