Senior Autumn Camp 2010 Application form for adult camp Sept 2010 (38.13 kB)A training camp has been organized for the weekend 24th to 26th September . The following information is provisional and may change: INFORMATION • The training camp is open to everyone over the age of 14 years (or nearly 14). • The training will be designed to suit different levels of ability. • Training camps provide a unique environment for students to concentrate on Karatedo • Juniors will be supervised at all times. • An emergency telephone number is : 01732 463255 (Piero's mobile 07919 287097) VENUE Commonwork Educational Trust, Bore Place, Chiddingstone, Kent DEPART Friday 24th September, The Triangle Leisure Centre, Burgess Hill, 7.00pm RETURN Sunday26thSeptember, The Triangle Leisure Centre, BurgessHill, 6.00pm Note that any student not starting and finishing at the Triangle should let Piero Barba know FEE £45 including accomodation, food, and training. Members attending from the same family may claim reductions: 2nd person 10%, 3rd person 20% etc BRING Sun protection creams, clothing for all weathers, Gi’s, trainers, and washing materials, sleeping bag, torch. (Remember your clothing and trainers will get dirty). SUPPER There will be a light supper friday evening Application: To come to the camp please complete this form and submit it along with the fee to reach Piero Barba by Fri 17th September (either by hand or post to 33 Beech Hill, Haywards Heath, or via you instructor).
